A One-Day, High-Impact Intensive That Will Change the Way You Study For and Take Your Boards.
I'M READYIs This You?
Here’s the Truth.
If you are a practicing physician who understands patient care, you did not fail your boards because you lack medical knowledge.
You did not fail because you need a different review course or because you studied from the wrong book.
Most physicians who fail their boards simply do not know how to study.
They are relying on ineffective study strategies, poor test-taking skills, and sheer grit. They tell themselves “if I can just do more and study harder, I will get a different result.”
Doing more of what you did last year will not get you a different result this year.
This Bootcamp Is About One Thing.
How you study. Not how hard you study.
Here’s What You Need Instead.
What the Day Looks Like.
This is not 6 hours of being lectured at on Zoom. This is an interactive, coaching-forward intensive with strategic breaks. You will leave with a plan that is fully yours.
And You Won’t Be Left On Your Own After.
Your registration includes 3 monthly follow-up coaching calls.
So when you get stuck three weeks into studying — which you will, because that is how studying for boards works — you have a place to go. Someone who knows your plan, knows your patterns, and knows how to get you back on track.
Why One Day?
Because you do not have the emotional bandwidth for another 12-week course. You have already done those. This is not about content. This is not about studying harder. This is about giving you the strategy, the self-awareness, and the coaching tools to go execute.
One day. One shift. A different result.

Dr. Adrian Reynolds
Dr. Adrian Reynolds, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education and certified learning coach with over two decades of teaching experience.
With close to 2,000 one-on-one academic coaching sessions under his belt, Dr. Reynolds has built his career around one conviction: Most learners do not fail because they aren't smart enough or lack motivation; they fail because nobody ever taught them how to study effectively. As a specialist in the science of learning, he develops and implements curricula and coaching programs built around evidence-based learning and study strategies that improve both academic and clinical performance.
His work reflects a blend of key principles such as metacognitive awareness, self-regulated learning, and growth mindset. In plain terms, he studies why people get stuck, and he builds the systems that get them unstuck.
His 2020 peer-reviewed publication in Medical Teacher, Academic Coaching for Learners in Medical Education: Twelve Tips for the Learning Specialist, has been used by learning specialists across the country as a blueprint for implementing coaching strategies grounded in the science of learning.
On March 29th Dr. Reynolds brings that same framework directly to you. Not a review course. Not more content. The applied science of how your brain learns, retains, and performs, and a personalized plan built around it.
He has spent his career helping learners across the health science continuum reach their full potential. Now it is your turn.
Dr. Kimmy Reynolds
Dr. Kimberly Reynolds, MD is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist, ICF-certified physician coach, and the founder of Doctor Coach School™.
She passed two specialty board certifications on the first attempt. With an ADHD brain. Without accommodations. Using the exact study science and mindset frameworks she and Dr. Adrian are bringing to you today.
She did not know she had ADHD at the time. What she did have were two things that changed everything: the evidence-based study strategies she developed alongside her husband, Dr. Adrian Reynolds, an education PhD whose research focuses on how people actually learn and retain information — and the mindset and performance frameworks she had spent years building to help her own brain execute under pressure.
Together those two things did what no review course had ever done for her. They replaced anxiety with a plan. They replaced hoping with knowing. They turned her Qbank from a source of dread into a tool that actually worked.
She has since used those same frameworks to help dozens of physicians and high-achieving women overcome chronic procrastination, silence self-doubt, and show up consistently in ways they never had before.
On bootcamp day she and Dr. Adrian bring all of it into the room with you. The study science and the mindset work. Both sides of what it actually takes to walk into that exam room ready.
You have worked too hard to leave this to chance.
